7. Other 2019 Library events and activities 7.1. Unisa Library Peer Review
As part of the Quality Management practices, and in preparation for the Institutional HEQC audit, the Unisa Library participated in a Peer Review during 2019. The project was sponsored by the Unisa Department of Planning and Quality Assurance and led by an international panel of Library Leaders: Professor Chris Rensleigh, Head of the University of Johannesburg Information and Knowledge Management Department, Dr Mathew Moyo, Chief Director of North West University Library and Information Service Department, Dr Bhojaraju Gunjal, Head of the Central Library National Institute of Technology in Rourkela, India, and Professor Evelyn Idiodi, former University of Benin Librarian from Nigeria.
