The site visit took place from 14-18 October 2019, including interviews with students, staff, academics, deans, regional directors, the National Student Representative Council (SRC), the disability unit (ARCSWiD), and labour unions. The panel visited the Rustenburg, Polokwane, East London, Durban and Cape Town Regional Libraries, the Graduate School of Business Leadership Library and the Unisa Science Campus (Florida) Branch. A report of  ndings relating to the evaluation of the quality assurance arrangements for products and services, the effectiveness of the Library’s resources and services provision and their alignment with the University’s strategic objectives was received from the panel. The Unisa Library will respond to issues identi ed and incorporate the recommendations of the panel through an Improvement Plan which will be implemented during 2020 – 2021.
