         ●     Vitamins are a source of growth and nutrition. There are many different

               vitamins that your body needs:
         ●     Vitamin A – helps for growth and cell development. Vitamin A also helps

               with healthy skin, hair, nails, gums, glands, bones and teeth. You can

               find vitamin A in salmon, egg yolks and fortified dairy products.
         ●     Vitamin B1 – helps prevent complications in the nervous system, brain

               muscles, brain, heart, stomach and intestines. Vitamin B1 also helps with
               changing carbohydrates into energy.
         ●     Vitamin C - helps repair all body tissues. Vitamin C also helps reduce the

               risk of chronic disease and helps prevent iron deficiency. It helps boost
               your immunity and helps function your immune system.
         ●     Vitamin D - helps your body for normal growth and cell development.

               Vitamin D is good for your bones and teeth as it helps them get stronger
               and decreases the risk of certain diseases.
