ARTICLE III
Offices

Section 1. The registered office of the corporation shall be
located at the place designated in the Articles of Incorporation of this
corporation.

Section 2. The Corporation may also have offices at such
other place(s), both within and without the State of Texas, as the Board
of Directors (“Board”) may from time – to -time determine the business
the Corporation may require.

ARTICLE IV
Members

Section 1. The financial members of Alpha Kappa Alpha
Sorority, Incorporated, Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter (hereafter
referred to as “Chapter”) shall be eligible for membership.

Section 2. Each member shall be entitled to one vote on each
matter submitted.

Section 3. Any member may resign by filing a written
resignation with the secretary.

Section 4. Membership in this corporation is not transferable
or assignable.
