Section 2. The first vice president shall:
A. Assist the president in the performance of her duties.
B. Assume the duties of the president in her absence.
C. Assist the president with strategic planning initiatives and
financial development.
D. Perform other duties as assigned.
Section 3. The second vice president shall:
A. Assist the president in the performance of her duties.
B. Assume the duties of the president in the absence of the
president and first vice president.
C. Assist the president with programs and community and member
engagement.
D. Perform other duties as assigned.
Section 4. The secretary shall:
A. Record the proceedings of all regular and call meetings and
compile such proceedings in the official, bound record book.
B. Notify officers and committees of their election or
appointment if they were absent from the meeting at which
action was taken; furnish committees with materials referred
to them.
