treasurer, and financial secretary. The terms of office shall be for one
(1) year and each may be re-elected for an additional one-year term.

Section 3. The Board of Directors may appoint such other
officers and agents as it shall deem necessary, who shall hold their
offices for such terms, not exceeding one (1) year, as shall be
determined from time to time by the Board of Directors. A vacancy in
any office will be filled by the Board of Directors for the unexpired portion
of the term.
Section 4. The officers of the Foundation shall hold office until

December 31 of the election year. Any officer may be removed at any
time by two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE IX
Duties of Officers

Section 1. The president shall:

A. Preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and the foundation.

B. Perform the duties which are usually executed by the chief officer.

C. Sign vouchers with the treasurer.

D. Co-sign checks with the treasurer.

E. Serve as an ex-officio member of all committees.

F. Be bonded.

G. Provide orientation for members of the Board of Directors within thirty
(30) days of their election. Such orientation is to include their
fiduciary responsibilities.

H. Appoint all committee chairpersons and present the same to the
Board of Directors for ratification.
