Our client is Lisle, Illinois based Molex Incorporated (www.molex.com), a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. Molex is a 75-plus year-old leading manufacturer and “one-
source supplier” of innovative inter-connect products and product solutions that touch virtually
