THE OPPORTUNITY
Given the extremely strong growth Molex is experiencing both in the US and around the globe,
the company has made the decision to build out a truly global Center of Excellence (COE) to
develop and support an integrated approach to Talent Acquisition for the company across its
entire footprint. The Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) will lead this effort.
In almost all respects, this will be a “Greenfield” situation - with the selected candidate being
responsible for the development and implementation of efforts to build out Molex’s global
Talent Acquisition capability. These efforts / initiatives will include the implementation of
global recruiting strategies, processes, technologies and overall capabilities – thus enabling the
COE to help the organization meet its ever growing talent needs. A large part of this role will be
positioning and selling the value proposition for a truly global COE for Talent Acquisition for a
company the caliber of Molex.
Within Molex, the Global Head of TA will be expected to navigate, interact, and effectively
influence/communicate at all levels of the organization across North America, Europe, Latin and
South America and the Asia-Pacific markets on all search and recruiting efforts. He/she will
have global scope and responsibility and work with talent acquisition leaders, recruiters, HR
Business Partners and business line customers around the world. Within Koch overall, it is
anticipated this role will have a direct input to the build-out of a global and enterprise-wide
capability around all elements of Talent – anchored by the Infor HCM solution which Koch now
owns.
