DIRECT RESEARCH AND SOURCING

The research phase of this project will be focused on looking into companies we believe will have individuals
suitable for the Chief Executive Officer role.

As discussed on our kick off call earlier this week, this individual most likely comes with experience at another

B2B Industrial products company. Our primary focus will be to look into other lower mid to middle market
sized distributors who also have their own brands, similar to Braxton-Bragg. While we will certainly look
within the Knoxville area, we’ll also branch out nationally based on the target company location. We’ll also
look to identify individuals who have ties to the Knoxville area such as those who graduated from the
University of Tennessee but have since moved away.

Within these B2B companies, we will then identify individuals who have been or are in senior leadership
positions - the CEO / President role and key number two roles - and begin contacting them regarding the

opportunity.

The B2B Industrial space is quite large so below is a very preliminary initial list of the types of companies that
we will look into. This target list will evolve throughout the search. We look forward to any comments or
suggestions you have related to this list.
