Interviewingg and Assesssing Candidaates.  This pphase of ourr strategy inncludes in‐deepth phone screens

             and  interviiews  with  candidates.  Personal  interviewingg  enables  us  to  thorroughly  evaaluate  a
             candidate’s qualificationns, interperssonal skills, aand cultural fit.

             Using our baackground kknowledge oof The Randoolph Group aand the Chieef Executive Officer role, we will
             educate well‐qualified ccandidates inn detail on tthe position..  During thiss stage, we pplay a criticaal role in
             effectively ppositioning the role and selling your company.


             After  these  steps,  we  will  determmine  which  ones  are  quualified  to  bbe  formally  presented  to  your
             organizationn, and we wwill prepare ddetailed Executive Profiles on thosee that we feel should ultimately
             be considerred for employment.  OOur goal is too have you at the interrview phasee around thee 60‐day
             mark, whichh is the weeek of July 244, 2017.  Wee will work with you annd the candidate to enssure the
             logistics are handled and the appoinntment goess smoothly.

             In addition to interviewws with canddidates, youu may choosse to employy our Role EExpectationss and/or

             Leadership Effectivenesss Analysis (LLEA ) tools in making your final chooice.

             Executive Prrofiles.  Oncce we identiify candidates we feel sshould be coonsidered foor employmment, we
             will present you with ann Executive PProfile, whicch includes aa detailed exxplanation off how the caandidate
             is a good fit for the role and your orrganization.

             References, education vverifications,, and backgrround checkks. Candidatees identifiedd as finalists by your
             organizationn will underrgo educatioon verificatioons and full backgrounnd checks.   In addition,  we will

             speak to preesent or past superiors, peers and suubordinatess and submitt a formal suummary to yyou.

             Offer  assisttance.    Wheen  a  final  caandidate  hass  been  selected,  we  wwill  work  witth  you  to  sttructure,
             present, andd, as desiredd, negotiate a fair and eqquitable offeer.


             Search  commpletion  andd  candidate managemennt.    A  projeect  completiion  date  of  August  22,  2017  is
             estimated –– about 90 ddays from the start of thhis engagement.  As partt of our projject completion, we
             will act on yyour behalf tto close out any candidaates who weere considereed but not sselected.  Wee will do
             this in a manner that is sensitive and maintains your imagee of qualify inn the markett.
