Role Expectations Process: Role Expectations Questionnaire
An on-line tool that allows key stakeholders to establish baseline expectations for the role as it
relates to the most appropriate ways the selected candidate should lead within in the organization
– based on corporate culture. This could be current and / or desired & future state.
Candidate Self-Assessment: The Leadership Effectiveness Analysis™ (LEA™)
Completed by each candidate via an online self-assessment. The results provide data around the
22 leadership behaviors which all fall under the competencies outlined on the next page.
• Two elements above built around six critical leadership competencies and 22 behaviors.
• Comparing individual LEA results to the Role Expectations will highlight key areas (positive or
otherwise) for further exploration.
• Actual outcomes and results can be used to create an “onboarding plan” to best map out
behaviors for the new leader to assimilate effectively.
