Mary Jane Schermer

Executive Vice President

Mary Jane Schermer leads our Health Care Services / Life

Sciences practice. Her executive search expertise includes a wide
range of disciplines such as Sales, Marketing, Operations,

Procurement, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Human
Resources, Finance, and General Management. She handles

senior-level management assignments at the C-level in addition to
other high-impact leadership positions.

Mary Jane has been in executive search since 1993. Prior to

joining Kensington International, she worked for Cook Associates
in both Chicago and Denver, where she managed a regional office,

and for Korn Ferry International.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and
Accounting from Purdue University. Mary Jane and her husband,

Todd, live in the Chicago suburbs with their three children. In 630-590-6390
addition, she is a volunteer Junior Achievement educator

dedicated to teaching youth about workforce readiness.
