David Shpiz
Executive Vice President
David serves as the Practice Leader for the firm’s technology sector,
focusing on C-level assignments with PE backed companies.
Prior to joining Kensington, David was a Partner at Kindred Partners, a
leading executive search firm entirely focused on placing executives in
high-growth technology companies. He worked at Intel for over five years in
Business Development and Product Marketing. Additional experience
includes working as an equity research analyst in the Communications
Software sector with Thomas Weisel Partners. David also worked with
Heidrick & Struggles - executing technology-related searches for venture
capital, private equity and public companies.
David received a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine’s
Graziadio School of Business and Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College. He
is a regular speaker at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business
