It is essential to treat our body, in a way that will nourish it so that it would be capable of
                      manifesting its thoughts, its desires, is goals without hesitation or difficulties.

                      If our health or our wellbeing I not at its best, our mind will be busy and troubled with trying
                      to cope with that illness, as our body is our temple we should, therefore, treat it accordingly.

                      IzzieCoach  has identified, three major areas which, improvement are required for the
                      Coaching process to be effective, efficient and fruitful.Those three eras outlined hereunder,
                      typically treated together:

                             Health &wellbeing
                             Smoking Aversion Therapy
                              Weight management, Weight loss & control
                             Wellness  Mindfulness, Stress Relief

                   While, some may argue that wellbeing and wellness, as well as mindfulness, are not at all
                   related, according to the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy™ (ACT), they are indeed related
                   and have cross implications on one another. Once any of "the seven foundations of well-being,"
                   (Kashdan & Ciarrochi 2013) is missing, intact, or lacking then, all the others, are not in a position
                   to function.

                   That will prevent us from making progress, prosper or take educated decisions; that may enable
                   us to make progress, in both our personal and professional life.

                   It is, therefore, imperative that part of the coaching process we will also treat, health and
                   wellbeing related issues, calm the mind, and resolve anxiety and stress.

                   A combination of methods are available such as  wellness coaching, Mindfulness, Relaxation,
                   Meditation, Stress Relief and Guided therapy to our clients;
                   Some will amaze you, some will completely shock you, they are simple, easy to apply and bring

                   results, as they are fun, you can bring the family along, and you would feel the difference quite
                   quickly.

                   We will kick out bad habits, like smoking, unhealthy eating, alcohol and drug consumption,
                   energy shortage, lack of motivation as well as other wellbeing related treats.
                   Words can not describe the significance of this unique approach; it will drive new energies

                   throughout your body.

                   The composition of positive psychology (Attitude) with, intention and attention (Shapiro &
                   Carlson 2009) will create fertile ground for innovation and the enhancement of one potential, to
                   attract personal growth and prosperity.
