RCPA BOOTH AT THE IAP- INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF PATHOLOGY CONFERENCE

Viruses in May 2017, convened again by Prof Bill Rawlinson, focussed on the basics and principles of diagnostic virology on day one, including talks about molecular testing and quality assurance, molecular diagnostics and using NGS sequencing techniques, arboviruses with a focus on Zika virus, and a discussion of pharmaceutical and research response to emerging infections in developing countries.
The 41st Annual Scienti c Meeting of the Australian Division of the International Academy of Pathology took place
from Friday 2 to Sunday 4 June 2017 at the International Convention Centre in Sydney.
