Thirty-six pairs in groups of 4 battled through this competition, as usual the first two in
each group going through to the main knockout and the remaining two into the Plate competition.
The main Quarter Finals were
Barry Hedges (GPCA) and Peter Fautley

David and Sylvia Poulter (Ramsden Bell-
house) losing 4:16 to Matt Sifford and
Dave Sifford (East Hanningfield); Tony

group, except for one group of three.
The top two from each group went into 3rd place winners Glenn Broderick and
the Main Knock Out, the remainder Dave Guiver with Dave and Matt Sifford
going into the Plate competition.
The first of the Main Quarter Finals saw Steve Killington and Peter Fautley (East Hanning-
field) beating Dave Woods (East Hanningield) and Keef Paxman (GPCA) 13:7.
In the second Josie Robinson
(Sanguine) and Peter Harris (Falcon)
lost 7:9 to Peter and Kay Debenham
(Ramsden Bellhouse).
The third Quarter Final was a
