11:29am She arrived at a self-serve car wash on the east side of Monaco near the 2200
south block and she waited for a bay to open up.

11:33am A bay opened and she pulled her vehicle into the bay. She then got out of her
vehicle, appeared to put money into the coin box, and then took a small wand and began
spraying a pink chemical all over her vehicle. She bent over and reached up while
spraying this chemical. (Video)

11:36am She picked up the scrub brush and began scrubbing the vehicle. She used both
hands on the wand and was videotaped reaching up toward the top of the vehicle and
bending over to reach the lower areas of the vehicle. She never displayed any signs of
pain, discomfort or restriction of movement. (Video)

11:38am She put the brush back and then jogged a few steps to the other side of the bay,
picked up the wand and began rinsing her vehicle. She moved in the same manner she
had previously, to reach all areas of the vehicle. (Video)

11:44am She put the wand back, got into her vehicle and she departed from the area.

11:50am She arrived at Vitamin Cottage at 2033 S Colorado Blvd and she went inside.

12:08pm She came out holding what appeared to be a gallon jug of water in her right
hand. She placed the item into the passenger side of her vehicle and then got into the
driver’s seat. (Video)

12:12pm She departed from the area.

12:27pm She arrived at the Cat Care Society at 5787 W 6 Ave and she went inside.

1:38pm Spade entered the business and observed the subject sitting on a bench with
another female in the “Gold Room”. This was one of several rooms where there were
