I specialize in the financial investigations. Specifically, the recovery of unclaimed funds and
the enforcement of court judgments, which include money judgments, bankruptcy court
judgments, FDIC debt, Surety/Fidelity deficiencies, and commercial loan deficiencies.
Typical judgment case size ranges between $20,000 to $20,000,000. I'm a Certified Fraud
Examiner (CFE) and a current member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
I've been involved in asset recovery and financial investigations for more than thirty-five
years.

I was elected to be the president of the Professional Private Investigators Association of
Colorado (PPIAC) in November of 2020. Before that I served as the Treasurer, the VP of
Membership, and as a Director at Large. My wife and I moved to Colorado in 2011 from
the great state of New Hampshire. We’ll always cheer for the Broncos (until they play New
England).
