     This program is designed to introduce the beginner to tumbling, floor, and gymnastics, while the intermediate program will further
     develop their skills. Participants are to wear sneakers, leotards, and/or shorts or sweats.

     Semper Fit Minis - Spring 221001
     Coach Vince brings the intensity of his Semper Fit Boot Camp class to kids! A fun and exciting way for kids to learn how to stay
     fit and healthy while working out. Using his experience in the Marine Corps and combining it with the knowledge he gained
     through his youth physical fitness certification to give an upbeat class the strengthens and motivates!

     Ultimate Frisbee - Spring 221417
     A  fast-action  field  sport  combining  aspects  of  soccer,  football  and  basketball  with  a  flying  disc.  We  work  on  throwing  and
     catching skills, field awareness, physical training, and plays and strategy. As a self-officiated sport, the focus is on the spirit of
     the game and knowledge of the rules. Participants must bring their own water bottles/towels/etc. & should not share with others.

     Youth Girls Field Hockey - Spring 221431
     Introductory program to Girls Field Hockey. Practices will be one day per week with EBHS and CJHS Coaches Cortese and
     Todoroff. Girls need to provide mouth pieces and shin guards. Eye wear is optional. Please let us know if you need a loaner
     stick - supplies are limited.  Participants must bring their own water bottles, towels, etc. and should not share with others.

      Weight Training & Conditioning - Spring 221002
      This three-month program will lift you to your maximum potential in any sport that you are currently playing or wish to play in
      the future. All athletes will take full advantage of the EBHS weight room as well as participate in speed and agility training.
      Athletes will also have the opportunity to participate in friendly competitions at the end of each week. Camp will run two days a
      week in the spring at EBHS. The EB Strength and Conditioning Camp is directed for 7th and 8th graders only.
