     Party yourself into shape! Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. You will be getting fit
     and your energy will be soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness Party. It’s easy to do, effective, and totally
     exhilarating. The class is great for all levels.  Class is offered in-person and via Zoom platform.

     This class focuses on defining your “core strength” through the use of Pilates techniques. This is an excellent way to tighten
     and tone all the muscles in the body, especially the abs!  Stretches will help lengthen and strengthen muscles too. Class is

     High Intensity Interval Training with Linda using free weights, 45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest, and REPEAT!!

     Semper Fit Fat Burning - Spring 231010
      Coach Vince, a former active duty Marine turned certified fitness trainer, created Semper Fit Boot Camp as a military-style circuit
     workout featuring high-intensity conditioning and power moves. Using his experience in the Marine Corps and combining it with
     the knowledge he gained through his group training and nutrition certifications to give an upbeat class that tones, strengthens
     and motivates!
