Summary: The Indiana Partnership for Long Term Care is a three way agreement between you, your insurance company and the State of Indiana that allows you to protect part or all of your assets from the Medicaid spend down provisions. It’s a great program but you should consider it to be “icing on the cake”, not the primary reason to purchase Long Term Care Insurance.
