The materials for this training align with standards established by the Project Management Institute, a not-for-profit organization that advances the project management profession through globally recognized standards and certifications. The target audience for this training is professionals, without the formal Project Manager role, who manage and deliver projects in addition to their day-in-day-out job processes.
