to provide quality products at the best possible price at the right time to support quality care of our patients. Corporate Supply Chain management strives to work with each subsidiary to standardize supplies and equipment to leverage the best possible pricing for the health care system.

Role of Corporate Supply Chain Management:
1. Actively participate with Supply Chain Management to develop and implement supply cost reduction strategies for your department.
2. Support and adhere to Premier contracts and McLaren Health Care Corporate contracts.
3. Proactively identify supply cost reduction opportunities within your department and facility. Communicate ideas to Supply Chain Management and support implementation of agreed upon changes in products or process.
4. Review and analyze monthly revenue and expense reports.
1. Work with individual departments at each subsidiary to develop strategies to reduce supply costs.
2. Strive to standardize on supplies and equipment to achieve optimum pricing.
3. Implement Premier contracts and McLaren Health Care contracts to reduce supply costs.

inventory management strategies to keep departmental supply inventories at the appropriate levels.
5. Evaluate departmental ordering procedure to streamline the ordering process to make easier and efficient ordering of supplies.

your Supply Chain needs.
♦ Janee Macklin is the Clinical Manager for Supply Chain Management. Janee is available to help you with
all you Clinical and Pharmacy needs
♦ Dennis Rau is the Contract and Operations Manager for Supply Chain Management. Dennis will assist
you with all your purchasing and contract needs. He will assign a Materials Project Coordinator to assist
you with any supply, equipment or service opportunities or needs.
♦ Gregg Richardson is the Sr. Corporate Supply Chain Management Project Coordinator. Gregg and his
team will help you with the budgeting and purchasing of Capital Equipment.
