Leadership Function: Corporate Human Resource Services Department
Description:
The Corporate Human Resource Services department provides support, resources and
services to McLaren Health Care Subsidiary HR Departments, leadership, employees, and retirees to assist in the achievement of strategic initiatives, superior patient care and customer satisfaction. The department is comprised of the following areas: Retirement Services, Benefits, Leadership Compensation, and Human Resources Information Systems.

1. To work with your local Human Resource department on all of your HR needs.
1. Provide support to the Subsidiary Human Resources department in maintaining market competitive pay structures, benefit programs, retirement programs and human resources information systems.
2. Act as a resource to the Subsidiary Human Resources department in the development of Human Resource policy and procedures in the areas of benefits, compensation, retirement services, and HR information management.
3. Centrally manage and provide retirement services for all subsidiaries. Accomplished via Retiree Information Management, Retirement process management, vendor service management, and consultation services with Subsidiary Human Resources departments.
4. Centrally manage and provide Benefit services for most of the subsidiaries. Accomplished via Benefit Information Management, Benefit process management, vendor service management, and consultation services with Subsidiary Human Resources departments.
5. Develop, administer, and oversee the system wide Leadership compensation and performance evaluation program in conjunction with the Subsidiary Human Resources departments. Provide a wide variety of support services.
6. Provide support and act as a resource to the Subsidiary Human Resources Management negotiation teams with benefit and wage costing during contract negotiations.
