The Concierge Service is available through Travel Guard.
Members will receive the comfort, care and attention of
Travel Guard’s personal assistance coordinators available
24/7 to respond to virtually any request, no matter how
large or how small.

Other Services Include
• Latest sports scores – 24/7 updates on sports scores.
• Find, wrap and deliver one-of-a-kind gifts – Assistance with obtaining information about movie or theater events playing
within a specific area. Travel Guard also obtains tickets to theater or movie events based on availability.
• Latest stock quotes – Up-to-the-minute stock quotes.
• Special occasion reminders and gift ideas – Coordination with finding unique gifts for friends and family, including gift
wrapping and delivery.
• Local activity recommendations – Worldwide local activity referrals and reservations made on behalf of the customer, based
on availability.
**Non emergency travel booking fees include: $35 per person for domestic tickets, $55 per person for international tickets, $35 per person for tours and cruises,
$20 per hotel booked, and $20 per rental car booked.
Limitations & Exclusions:
Travel Guard provides traveler assistance through coordination, negotiation and consultation using an extensive network of worldwide partners. Expenses for
goods and services provided by third parties are the responsibility of the traveler.
