Both Brand Managers and Brand Ambassadors are independent contractors. An
independent contractor is an individual that works for you the licensee but is not your
employee.
You are responsible for:
Staffing
Marketing
VTax is responsible for:
Payment of services
Support
Tax Preparation Services
Their job is to source tax clients under your license directly to
VTax.
