Handling Ad Responses
Some people you might talk to are either looking for a full-time job or will not be
interested in an independent contractor position:
Be ready to receive lots of responses
Respond timely manner (24hrs or less)
Don't spend too much time handling resumes
Reply ASAP via e-mail and phone call
Don't turn people away unless they are not a good representation of our brand
He/She can become your tax client
In every conversation you have, talk about your business. Never miss an
opportunity to discuss the business.
