We Earn Our Revenues From The Following
Business Model: We derive our revenues through, 1) Fees from the sale of Licenses and Business Development
Agreements, 2) Fees from the operations of Independent Contractors who work for us, 3) Royalty, tax preparation, and
other fees related to operations of our Licensees and Business Development Managers, 4) Interest income related to
loans extended to our licensees, and 5) Fees from the sale of financial products to our clients, such as Refund
Advances and Checks.
Up-Front Fees Licensee Operations Other Sources
Licensee fees from = $999 to $1,500 Licensee Royalties = 55% of gross Interest Income from loans to licensees
for each license awarded revenues
Rebates on sales of third-party financial
Independent Agent (IC's) = $199 Umbrella Assurance = $50 per product products

Sales from fees from our tax prep software
Business Development Manger Service Bureau Fee = $40 per funded
