“Operation Kenbe hopes to see Haiti as a nation
where medical, health and human services are re-
sponsively and adequately delivered, and where all
persons become sensitive to environmental concerns,
“says Dr. Moïse .

Since 1984, Dr. Moïse has worked and created jobs
in the heart of District 24 where he currently is cam-
paigning to become the Congressman. He is the
owner and Medical Director of North Miami’s Com-

than 25,000 people in the local community.

Dr. Moïse is a devoted family man, married to his
wife Mirjam Moïse and together they have two beau-
tiful children: Rudy Jr. and Maya. As a physician,
military man, and businessman, he has personally,
professionally, and selflessly dedicated his life to
helping those in need and was a great help in Haiti’s
earthquake relief efforts.

In recognition of his outstanding community service
in the United States and Haiti, Dr. Moïse was the re-
cipient of the CIBA-GEIBY Pharmaceutical Award.
In 1990, he received the Pinnacle Award for Achieve-
ment and Professional Excellence.
Dr Moïse was named one of the five finalists for the
“Best Physician of the Year” award by the South
Florida Business Journal.
