Investment Banking Fees:
We have not included investment banking fees in the 2017 budget for acquiring the SEC
public company or investments banking or other fees for the merger.

Typically to acquire a SEC reporting company the investment is around $100,000 USD with
the shareholders of the shell typically retaining 500,000 shares of common stock plus filing
fees, auditing fees and investment banking fees. Filing fees are around $1500, auditing fees
can run from $5,000 to $30,000 USD typical investment-banking fees are 10% of fund raise.
