Monitoring and Review

A goal and control system will be installed to monitor the strategic plan as follows:

• We will close our books at the end of each calendar month with financials
complete and ready for our management committee meeting no later than

the 5 day of each month.

• Our board of directors will meet quarterly in arrears each fiscal year.

• We will meet with our executive team no later than the 15 of each month to

monitor current month goal’s adjusting as necessary and reinforce next
month’s goals.

• We will meet offsite at the end of each quarter to review prior quarter’s
results and do a look forward for the remaining quarters in the
fiscal/calendar year making adjustments as necessary.

• We will meet offsite no later than October 31 of each year to set next year’s
budget and operating plans and up dated our long-range plan always looking

five years ahead with a final plan due by the 15 of each December.

• We will update our staffing; capital improvement and acquisition plan
annually with a final prepared for approval no later than December 15.
