I came to the Porsche family, first by dating and then marrying into
a family of Porsche lovers. While some things did not last my love for Porsche did. I formally joined the Porsche Club in my own capacity in 2012 when I bought my Porsche Boxster 2000.
but even so - the harder I drive it the better it goes. At the same time, it is a comfortable drive, and the 6 gears make one forget
(after 4) that there are 2 left.
To me driving is fun. I also own a boat, have
a skipper’s license and a Harley in my garage. My most recent
acquisition is a

in Carrera White - it just suits my hair and nails better.
One of my most memorable drives in a Porsche was up the ski slopes of the Lesotho mountains. It was such an adrenalin rush driving along the twisty roads, through the scenic landscape, with the occasional glimpse of snow on the mountains. Outruns in my Porsche are almost always an epic experience. Personally, I prefer driving a winding road. Winding roads are

top off whenever I get the chance. It’s my catchphrase. Winter in my car is magical. I drive the Boxster topless, heater on, enjoying the fresh air on my cheeks.
I adore my Porsche. From the

The newer model Porsches have little attraction to me. I am nostalgic about the older classic Porsche models and particularly like the idea of owning a
legendary 550 Spyder. Racing is in our family’s blood. My son has represented South Africa at 3 world championships in kart racing. Karting is a good steppingstone to
motorsport, and I am currently restoring a Porsche 924 for him to race on the track.
I am a big believer that nothing will happen to me that is not destined to be. Everything is unfolding exactly as it should, and I do not waste time on fear and procrastination. I don’t believe in doing things half-heartedly either. You either put the pedal to the metal to pass, or you stay behind. This heart of mine has two settings: all or nothing.
