with catching up on everyone’s lockdown experiences. However, it was an excel- lent way to spend an evening under the stars, sitting in in the company of fellow Porsche Club members in your Porsche, enjoying roadside fare and a glass of wine. For a few of the younger members, this was the first drive-in they ever experi- enced, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. It just goes to show that even with all the technology of the modern world, it is im- portant to revisit the past and appreciate all the advances that we have made.
We should always appreciate the classics as we love classic Porsches.
PORSCHE CLUB SOUTH AFRICA - CENTRAL
   PORSCHE CLUB PARADE 2020/21
Due to COVID-19 we had to unfortunately postpone our 2020 Parade.
We are all hopeful that it will go ahead in 2021 from the 23 -27 April.
This event will also include the 60th anniversary celebration of the Porsche Club in South Africa. The Porsche Club Parade is the only event in which all 4 Porsche Clubs come together to participate making it really special and definitely worth putting in your diary for next year.
We have secured the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit and the Indaba Hotel. The Parade is expected to be exciting and eventful with track days, live entertainment and a formal dinner with prize giving.
Motor vehicles with motor plan
will be able to participate in some of the events.
This event, as always, is a great place to meet and share time with like- minded people and guarantees to make good memories.
See you all there in 2021. Albert Du Bois
