• Buddy Stockwell presented at the LSBA’s Bridging the Gap CLE in May 2019. Expense:
$59.18 Waiting on reimbursement.

• Buddy Stockwell presented at the LSBA Four Corners CLE events in West Monroe and
Bossier City in May 2019. Combined Expense: $774.17 (hotels and mileage) LSBA
Reimbursed $648.31. Net expense was $125.86 (see expense below for Palmetto
inspection).

2. Out-of-State Travel by JLAP Staff Members and Associated Costs

• Buddy Stockwell inspected UF Health Florida Recovery Center in March 2019. Travel
arrangements were made by Treatment Center. JLAP Expense: $185.08 (airplane seat
fee, mileage to airport, toll, airport parking).

• Per the 2015 JLAP Performance Audit, and to expand JLAP-approved resources, the
Clinical Team inspected Santé Center for Healing in Argyle, TX in April 2019.
No additional expenses. Team combined this inspection with FSPHP Conference.

• Per the 2015 JLAP Performance Audit, Buddy Stockwell and the Clinical Team attended
the Federation of State Physician Health Programs Conference in Ft. Worth, Texas in
April 2019. Total Expense for entire team: $5,896.38 (airfare, hotel, mileage, meals).

• Buddy Stockwell attended the LAP Directors Workshop in Salt Lake City, UT in May 2019.
Expense: $1,217.13.

• Buddy Stockwell inspected Palmetto Addiction Recovery Center in May 2019 as part of
LSBA Four Corners CLE Trip. Expense $125.86 (mileage).

• JLAP’s Clinical Team held Office Hours at Tulane University School of Law in March 2019.
Expense: $44.90 (mileage/toll).

• JLAP’s Clinical Team worked a booth at the LSBA’s 2019 Solo, Small Firm and Tech
Conference in April 2019. Expense: $145.48 (mileage, parking, toll, booth materials).

• JLAP’s Clinical Team held Office Hours at LSU Law Center in April 2019. Expense: $83.06
(mileage).
