• JLAP’s Clinical Team held drop-in Mindfulness Sessions at Tulane University School of
Law in April 2019. Expense: $42.44 (mileage and toll).

• JLAP’s Clinical Team held Monitor Training in New Orleans for current and new JLAP
Monitors in May 2019. Expense: $371.51 (lunch, mileage, toll, parking)

4. Efforts to Secure New Funding

LSBA President Kutcher has just created, post-LSBA Summer School, a new LSBA/JLAP joint “JLAP
Finance Alternative Committee” with members Shayna Sonnier, Shannon Seiler Dartez, Lynn
Luker, Hap Martin, Don Massey and Judge Tim Marcel. Ex-officio Members are Alainna Mire and
Larry Shea. This new committee will be focusing on establishing stable JLAP funding.
