At the right rear corner of the building, the metal flashing at the connection of the frieze
to the side wall of the building is bent and out of position. This is potentially allowing
leakage.
At the rear wall of the building near the right rear corner, there are termite break-outs
through the waterproof coating on the building. We did not see dirt trails that would
indicate that there is still a current infestation.
