to foster inclusive professionalism was implemented in 2011.
The Integration subcommittee continues to recruit attorneys to become experienced facilitators to
become members of the “Diversity and Inclusion Facilitator Training Team.” This team of trained
facilitators will train other LSBA members across the state that have an interest in presenting
diversity and inclusion presentations.
A planning retreat was held on Saturday, January 16, 2016 to begin developing a training model

seasoned volunteers develop other volunteers and bring in professionals to reinforce the facilitation
training when necessary.
