JITC to change of command
The Joint Interoperability Test Command will con-
duct a change of command ceremony between U.S.
Army Col. Douglas Orsi, outgoing commander, and
U.S. Navy Capt. Eric Johnson, incoming commander,
9-10 a.m. today in JITC Conference Room 2. The pub-
lic is invited to attend this event.

Vacation Bible School at Main Post Chapel
Vacation Bible School for the Fort Huachuca Com-
munity will take place 9 a.m.-noon Monday-July 17
daily at the Main Post Chapel for children who have
completed kindergarten through fifth grade.
Childcare for children 6 months to 5 years is avail-
able for volunteers.

Training on new NCOER planned
Training on the new non-commissioned evaluation
report that takes effect Jan. 1, 2016 will take place 8
a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m. Wednesday, and Aug. 5 and 26

DOD revises MEO program directive
Soldiers who feel they have been discriminated
against because of their sexual orientation may now
file complaints through their unit equal opportunity
representatives. On June 8, the Department of De-
fense enacted a change to the Military Equal Oppor-
tunity program, with the release of its revised DoD
Directive 1020.02E and 1350.2. Under the revised
directive, sexual orientation, along with race, color, re- post over the course of the next few weeks. Techni-
ligion, sex or national origin, is considered as a basis
for discrimination.
Soldiers with questions should contact their unit

Fort Huachuca museums open
The Fort Huachuca Main Museum has reopened.
Hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
The Main Museum is closed on Sunday and Monday,
federal holidays, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
The Military Intelligence Soldiers’ Heritage Learn-
ing Center is also open. Hours are 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday,
and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.
