masterworks written by such prominent European composers
Please join us for this special evening showcasing several of the Performing as Holst, Milhaud, Saint-Saens, Stravinsky and Wagner.
Arts programs at AVC. Performances will include the Symphonic Band,

November 19, 2016 | 7 pm Music from around the world will be featured in celebration of
the efforts of all who strive and sacrifice for peace and freedom.
Frank Ticheli is a professor of composition at the University of Southern The Quartz Hill High School Wind Ensemble, under the direction
California and has composed nearly 40 major works for concert band. of John McQuilkin, will join us for this final concert of the season.
Tonight we will feature several of his greatest works for band or choir along
with our special guests, the Sunday Night Singers, under the direction of Tickets for each performance: $7
