Point Man Antelope Valley (PMAV), an Outpost of
Point Man International Ministries (PMIM), is a non-
profit organization with the purpose of addressing
and meeting the spiritual, physical and emotional

needs of Veterans and their families in the Antelope
Valley. All Veterans are welcome to join.
Mike Bertell, US Army ‘69-’71, is the PMAV Outpost
Leader. He leads weekly meetings that allow
military veterans of all ages to meet in a safe
environment to share stories and help each other
heal. Mike is assisted by Licensed Marriage and
Family Therapists and U.S. Army Veterans Dennis
Anderson and Gerry Rice.

Meetings are held each Tuesday, 6:00-7:30pm,
at the Board Room (SSV 151) of Antelope Valley
College, 3041 West Avenue K, Lancaster, CA

PMAV is the guardian of The Mobile Vietnam

Memorial Wall (AV Wall), a half-scale replica of The
Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.
They are responsible for the maintenance, storage,
and displaying of The AV Wall. This is an important
part of healing for many Vietnam Veterans.
