ACTIVITY TO DATE
We have completed workshops and our experts have shared their inputs into the ‘local’ design elements that need to be catered for within Gazelle. Their recommendations are specific to the GB business and have been incorporated into our implementation plans.
The new product hierarchies have been introduced into the business. These will help to optimise planning and reduce the number of promotions/ LTAs that get loaded.
Everyone should have revised their reporting bookmarks to work with the new hierarchies at this point. Thank you for making these changes. The benefits to be derived, in particular better planning, will make the effort worthwhile. A special thanks to Jodie Courts for
all her hard work in supporting the product hierarchy cut over.
Demand Planning has now gone live. The Demand Planner’s role will change with the new process and we have a robust team of four Demand Planners
