10. Check or Money Order from any C.O.D. shipments.
11. ONE PRO NUMBER FOR EACH TRIP COVER SHEET.
12. Lumper(s) – A receipt must be turned in.
13. Bill of Lading – Must be legibly signed for loading and
unloading and accurately reflect all counts that you witness in
order to be paid.
14. Scan the Trip Coversheet and all Trip Documents immediately
after each trip is completed. Remember, this trip coversheet
is the key to getting your paycheck. You may do this at the
Company’s expense by using Xpress Scanning, available at truck
stops and at most U.S. Xpress Service Centers. Include only
information that will affect your pay.
15. Retain your scanning confirmation receipt, as well as all trip
document scanned, for 60 days after you are paid for the trip.
**Important note for Rail Division: Be sure to scan all buck slips
via Xpress Scanning. Remember to place the trip number and your
truck number on all items scanned.
