                                                               For more than 50 years, Sue Sword was a devoted Hancock

                                                               benefactor and serving as a founding member of the Marian
                                                               Foundation’s Legacy Society.
             The Cossa Family

            Cossa Family

            Hailed as one of the Santa Maria Valley’s original pioneer
            ranching families, the Cossa family began a relationship with
            Marian more than 75 years ago when family patriarch Antonio
            Cossa donated $8,000 to help fund Our Lady of Perpetual
            Help Hospital. Today, the Cossa family’s tradition of giving is   Marian Hancock and Sue Sword  Sue Sword
            alive and well as it has remained through four generations.
