thinking and the more writing the better. The goal is to capture whatever uncon-
scious information you can gather when you first wake up and then release it onto
the page. Then you will have transferred any distracting “noise” into your journal
before you enter the trading room. You will find it enlightening, and it will clear
your mind.

So, have fun, enjoy the process, and remember – write every morning!
