Visualize every day.  Set quiet time aside each day where you can be alone for 10 minutes.  Get

                       comfortable.  Then visualize your success – Be specific, see it, feel it.  Repeat this every day for
                       10-minutes.  You don’t have to talk, you can use thoughts – Use your mind’s eye.  See yourself

                       doing well.




                   9) Have you started an exercise program, if not do so now.  Try getting to a gym or doing sort of
                       a combination of strength and aerobic exercising three times each week.  Write down your

                       exercise plans and indicate your start date.  Use the “Baby Steps” formula for getting started.
