            Health Goals:



                Develop a healthy lifestyle
                Proper nutrition
                Exercise at least 3 times each week
                Maintain proper weight


            When you are healthy and in good physical condition your physiology will also
            become healthy affecting your mind, soul, balance and thus create a sense of
            well-being.


           Action Steps:



           Recommendations:
           1)   Don’t drink alcohol or take recreational drugs
           2)   Eat whole foods when possible, limit fat and processed foods
           3)   Control food portion size

           4)   Exercise at least 3 times each week
           5)   Cleanse your body a few times each year – Recommend Bennett’s
                Nutritional Program – See the “Workbook” for details.

           6)   Use the “Baby Steps” formula for getting started
