Sipho. Sangweni > DIRECTOR, Sipho Sangweni has over 16 years' experience in
the security industry. He is Grade B PSIRA registered.

DIRECTOR’S RESPOSIBILITY

& COMMITEE

The Black Bat Tactical Squad Director is vested with the power and authority to
lead, control, manage and conduct the business of Black Bat Tactical Squad. The
Director has the power and authority to delegate and responsibility to ensure that
the company remains a sustainable and viable business to National structure. We
boast a stable, qualied and highly experienced Executive and Management
which forms the back-bone of our operations.

The committee will be chaired by one of its members.

The management Committee assists each other in guiding the business and
Control the overall direction of the business, and is responsible for ensuring the
effective management of the day-to-day of the business.
