Write a argumentative essay answering the next question: “Should a
college or university education be tuition free?”
Step 1: Define and limit the topic.

Definition:
Tuition is an amount of money that students pay to attend to classes
at university.

Limiting:
Should university education be free?
Yes, because a lot of people want to study and be successful but they
don’t have money and they can not study.

Step 2: Identify opposing opinion.
Should university education be tuition free?
1. Yes.

-Poor people want to study to help their families in the future.
-The government should help universities that need money for help
their students.

2. No.
-Universities need the money of the students for their financial
problems.

-The government don’t have enough money for all the universities.
Step 3: Decide the opinion you want to present in your essay.
In my opinion university education should be tuition free.
Step 4: Outline.

Thesis Statement: University education should be tuition free for
some reasons.
Topic Sentence 1: There are many people who don’t have enough

money for pay education.
- Tuitions are expensive.
- Food, transportation and attachments are extra expenses.
- Most of the books are in high prices.
