Mechanics and Rules of the Contest:

1. The contestants must use Steadtler/Rotring pencil from
2H/3H, B/2B and/or 5B/6B, and 15”x20” m a s t e r illustration

board w h i c h are all provided by THE PARTICIPATING
TEAM.

2. Charcoal Pencil, art gunner or equivalent, brush, cotton, tissue
paper, sandpaper, pantograph and air brush are not allowed.

3. Smudging is also not allowed.

4. The headmaster Secretariat will decide for the subject.

5. The contest duration is for a period of four (4) hours.
6. Only the contestants are allowed in the contest venue.

7. No distinguishing mark or name of the constant shall appear in
the entry.

8. Contest output (artworks) will be the property of OCA and
proper labelling for recognition will be given (Artist, Unit,
Coach).

9. The decision of the Board of Judges is final.
