Charcoal Rendering

Mechanics and Rules of the Contest:

1. The charcoal and master illustration board with the size of 15”x20” shall
be provided by PARTICIPATING TEAM.

2. The use of pantograph, air brush, ruler, and the like are not allowed.
3. The use of commercial charcoal powder is not allowed. Contestants
are encouraged to create their own charcoal powder during the
competition.

4. The technical secretariat through the headmaster will decide for the
subject (portrait picture).

5. All contestants will be given a portrait picture individually by the
headmaster during the contest proper.

6. The contest duration is for a period of four (4) hours.
7. Only the contestants are allowed in the contest venue.
8. No distinguishing mark or name of the constant shall appear in the
entry.

9. Contest output (artworks) will be the property of OCA and proper
labelling for recognition will be given (Artist, Unit, Coach).
10. The decision of the Board of Judges is final.
